Xavi's Barcelona lacks a connector from defense to midfield, that's why defenders have more touches that other players. It also lacks a driver of the ball from midfield to the final touch (Iniesta's caliber), a player who carries a ball from midfield to the last quarter of the pitch. And lastly, Barca miss Balde in the system. This team lacks a Freekick specialist. A winning team must have all these ingredients on pitch. The next coach will have to address these challenges.

List is so long. You can make two great teams from La Masia Graduates who left. It's upto Cubarsi I hope he stays here forever

You make a great point! There's no denying the unique bond La Masia graduates have with Barcelona. Family, city, and climate all play a huge role. Visca el Barca! Who knows, maybe some will return someday! I'll pray for xavi simons to return. However, it's also true don't quite fit the current Barca system, or they want more guaranteed playing time.
