I was crying the whole video. I just said goodbye to my hometown of 44 years and my home of 22 years where I raised my kids. I sold it so I can RV full time and understand how bittersweet it is. Bless you and your adventures. I hope to run into you during my travels.

Your video really touched me what an awesome house. What makes the house amazing is people like you and your husband. Welcome to Alaska🦅

You had me crying too. I was surprised when you said that you were selling and moving to Alaska. I didn't know how you could leave all that. You can have that and more where you are going and I hope we get to follow along! You are taking a lot and so blessed to have friends to help with you journey. I see excitement ahead! HUGS~Donna

Thank you for sharing this beautiful video and your memories of your life here. I, too, became hooked on Alaska on my first visit there from Australia in 2005. My return visit in 2014 was every bit as magical and I hope to do a third visit when this crazy world settles back on it’s axis. Look forward to sharing your future adventures. ❤️❤️

You sure had a beautiful house! I can't wait to see what you have in Alaska. You know now that your adventures are going to be travelling in the opposite direction.

That was beautiful. We are going to be selling our house in Spokane Valley very soon, and although we haven’t been in it all that long, only since 2013, I’m sure part of me will miss it and all the work we put into it, and the memories most of all. Our new adventure is taking us to Montana, not quite as awesome as Alaska, but pretty sweet nonetheless. Godspeed, and safe travels .

We live in CDA and want to move to Alaska but the kids coming to see us and flying back and forth, it's just so far away. Maybe someday my dream will come true. Best of wishes.

Actually it’s an easy commute from Spokane. 2 flights and about 5 hours of travel time and you’ve made it either way. But I get it… it is a distance any way you look at it.

I've been following your adventures since the start and I'll continue to do so. I wish you all the happiness in the world in this new endeavor. Leaving a Democratic state to a Republican one, nice choice, that's for sure ! Cheers from Belgium. Roger. PS. I didn't watch this episode yet.... I'll do it a little later.

Why moving to alaska? What city? Reason i ask: ive been visiting alaska 8 times. Cant make up my mind to move or not
@RVingtoAlaska3 жыл бұрын
We’ve moved to Houston, Alaska and the reason why is Alaska has been calling us home for some time now and 2020-21 proved to be the time to do it. Not trying to get too political but we wanted to live where there wasn’t as much government overreach. Plus you only live once and you should always live your best life and well Washington no longer made us happy so we followed our dream of living in Alaska.

That may be your opinion but moving here was the best decision in our lives! Washington has gone to hell in so many ways. When where you live affects your mental health… it’s time to move. Our quality of life has greatly improved since moving to Alaska!
