My Mom had Paul Anka records that I listened to as a kid. Ive always liked his music through the years. But I had no idea until just the last couple of years, ..(from watching KZbin videos of, old variety shows and the old Password and Whats My Line game shows,.etc).... that Paul was a HUGE hearthrob in late 50's through the mid to late 60's. Like he was the Donny Osmond and Justin Bieber of his day. Really cute too. Was writing and composing songs for him self and Frank Sinatra in his late teens. And then of course Tom Jones and others a little later. Love watching him in the old shows. At 22 years old, he was going on 35 in maturity. A screaming success, but yet so humble and sweet, respectful gentleman . A fierce talent and a musical genius. ... And Tom Jones,.. what a cool voice. I think out of all of the ones who sang My Way,.. he performed it the best. ... Really enjoyed seeing these two.

I just love the way Paul surprised Tom and the look on his face, priceless..... I so enjoyed the way Paul started off singing "My way", such wonderful humour plus his play with words....
