He mentioned the need to sell players to put it back into the club to begin the cycle again but why can't they keep their key players because they don't need to sell every top player. The likes of Ferguson and Mitoma should stay not just be seen as as a good stepping stone club but a force who can challenge each season for the top 6. Surely the players will want to stay and Brighton can adjust their wage structure if that helps keep the key players.
