A walk sounds perfectly natural. It's what people need to do more of. Walk in the park. Go for a jog. Go play ping pong (outside). Go do something fun and physical. Like when we were kids, we did this stuff naturally. We called it play. We need that back in our lives!

The only issue I have is a 30 minute time limit. I can and have talked to a stranger in line at Walmart for 30 minutes.😆 If you want to date, slowly start acquiring a dating wardrobe. Buy one or two new outfits a month. Purchase outfits for different types of dates, i.e. coffee dates, the movies, a nice dinner, the gym, etc. Pull them out as needed. You’ll already have the clothes, so you won’t need to buy anything. That will help lower your stress.
