one does not simply watch gilbert and then switch off half way through, one simply watches with such sheer enjoyment till the end!!

Can’t believe I almost ditched this after the first minute. Those bass runs he does between chords are unbelievably fast and accurate

Great idea Paul 😊 This is a great song with terrible live solos- until now 🕺

Almost sounds as if he's only using overdrive, vs a distortion pedal or anything. Because his tone sounds hot, but clean crunchy hot, vs distortion. Which that's the way to get the mids to reeeally break thru, and from what I've been around, is a more blues thing to do, or very classic rock. It makes for a great tone that cuts thru a mix tho

The plexi marshall and Tc electronic mojo. Now if you ask me, any "drive" pedal connected to a plexi is the most absurd thing to do. There's a reason you buy THAT HEAD. The plexi sound. 🙄

Yeah no joke, I've seen how he switches that lick up often when he plays the song, he'll do a different lick than the original there, But this one he just KEPT going and went off on a monster lick like crazy

I wonder how he's dealing with his hearing problems these days? Remember, he'd never play a gig without a pair of headphones on. Maybe he's just like screw it, damage is done, turn it up.

He's wearing smaller in-ear devices. They're hard to see, but they're there.
