How he can literally change a whole superstars career as a heel like Brock Lesnar,cm punk Roman reigns and more when Roman was a face he was getting booed badly and was bad as a face but as a heel he is literally god tier especially with Paul Heyman

The simple fact that he's Paul Heyman. What gets me is, most people don't even know his complete client list. They will literally say "just Roman" which is false. This man has been around for a very long time. I grew watching him. My favorite time with him was when he managed Psycho Sid and the beef with Sting. Not to mention his ECW days

*Pearl of Wisdom* (with slight re-word) from Paul Heyman: Failure just means you tried something that either the circumstances dictated it ain't gonna happen for you yet or you weren't ready to achieve that goal yet but you learn along the way and you learn what went wrong and either you apply it to the same pursuit when you go back for it again or the next pursuit that you make you say "Okay, I'm going to get something out of that failure, I'm going to profit from that failure, I'm going to get something positive from that failure then I can apply to this pursuit and this goal will be achieved because that goal wasn't so maybe that goal was the sacrifice for this goal to actually happen.
