Would it be possible for you to make a video on what you would recommend a student that is currently getting ready to graduate from college with a associate’s degree in non-destructive testing, as in how hard/easy it is to find a job? What do you actually need to start with a company? Tasks you will get assigned once you’re in? Etc. Thank you! Keep up the great content

Its relatively not hard, just mak sure you get your Rad Safety class cert and you'll start getting a few offers. Keep in mind though, that youre going to have to do some jobs you might not enjoy as much. It gets better with time.

Hello, I sure will at some point. It is a good idea to search for people in your area on LinkedIn and add them. See where they work, where they started. The tasks you are assigned will vary from company to company but my advice is at the beginning SAY YES TO EVERYTHING until you can afford to SAY NO to a lot of things. And thanks for the kind comment towards the end.

After - sales service of Sonatest has been really bad in my case. I think this should count when making decisions. I don't know if this is the common situation with other equipment providers. This is just an opinion based of my experience. I have a Prisma....and it is nice, for my inspections is good enough, and cost effective, I think. But my finger down has been the after sales support. As I am new in this business, I don't know if I am being too demanding. But usually UT equipment specially PAUT is very expensive and over valued, possibly for the kind of industries where it is used ($$$). So my expectations in the after sales service is having fast and very well documented analysis of every case. If someone has a different opinion I would appreciate it to complete my vision in this topic.

You should share some on job videos.

Deion Ford, I would love to but that's tricky because it is upto the client's discretion and almost always they won't allow.

@@NDTVideoLibrary understood. I've always wondered why I see all these on job welding videos but no on job NDT.
