This is not Billy Shears. Before 1966, the original Paul used to have a few body doubles as occasional replacements. The Beatles couldn't be available all the time so body doubles were used. After 1967, Billy Shears has permanently replaced the real Paul and continues to play Faul McCartney after the band broke up in 1970. The Paul doubles used to represent Billy on many occasions-interviews, singing on the stage, etc-etc. In some interviews, the Paul doubles even came with Linda or maybe Finda. Compare to Billy, all the Paul doubles looked more like the real Paul, handsome and have nice personalities. The man in this video is too young, too handsome and too nice to be Billy Shears.

But Billy is not the only one, the Paul doubles used to represent Billy on many occasions. All the Paul doubles looked more like the real Paul, cute and charming too. The guy in this video is too young, too nice and too handsome to be Billy Shears.
