I love these, part documentary where I learn something, and I love watching the techniques being used and the final picture. Amazing control with the thin edge of the paint brush for the lines.

Mr Moir: Today is my birthday, and it didn't start off well. This video has given me a new start on the day. Thank you

Thank you for the programs on birds, I have been painting for 20+years (this time round) but never got into birds but you have given me confidence to have a go and my Magpie has been received very well so thank you 🎨🖌️🖌️

My most favourite artist. Loved his work in Dorset

I haven't an artistic bone in my body but I love seeing art - especially as I get older. I love how Nash's work captures the strong lines holding the soft lights in the scene. I'm just up the coast; maybe I'll go and have a deek on a nice day soon.

I’m loving the fact you managed to create 2 works of art - the picture and Nancy’s Palette Handbag

Visited there about 10 years ago for just the same reason, to see the sea wall painted by Nash. The British Modernists from 1910 to 1960 is my favourite art period. The Nash brothers, the Vorticists, Neo-Romantics, truly great art. Sutherland, Piper, Ayrton et al, brilliant. I love Piper's constructions. I visit all exhibitions of said artists in the UK whenever I'm able.

Fantastic! Really like P. Nashs' work and enjoyed your interpretation (you made it look a doddle, so effortless). All the best!

Can it not be called a painting or a picture or a handbag? Why is everything a "piece" now?

Blimey, Jim, you ain't half talented! At my favourite zone, too - the seaside.....groynes are just so evocative of my family holidays as a young lad to Rottingdean. Thanks for that!

Does Bob ever pop over, or he always too busy with everybody's great mate Paul Whitehouse?
