Paul Rodriguez, also known as “P-Rod” was recognized as a prodigy at the young age of 14, only two years after he started skating. His consistency, effortless style and persistence on his board led Paul to travel far from his home town of Northridge, CA to the City Streets around the world as a part of the legendary City Stars team. His passion for skating and filming with his friends led to his breakout part in Logic 6 in 2000, Street Cinema in 2001 and landed him Rookie of the Year in 2002 for his part in Tranworld’s video production “In Bloom.” He turned pro later that year.
Paul bought his first skateboard at the age of 12. When he’s not skateboarding, Paul enjoys studying the lives of influential individuals, including his favorites such as Alexander the Great and Bruce Lee.
Paul currently lives in Los Angeles.

ishod's shoes seem to tie back to the mid to late 90's when skaters would skate basketball shoes and some of them would have the smaller swoosh, as well as the color design feels reminiscent of that. you could almost imagine if the ishod's were bigger and thicker it could look like an older 90's basketball shoe. maybe i'm just high idk

Yeah I went to buying my dunks from stock X since they won’t come out with no more P Rods. Skated Nyjahs since P Rod Xs were gone and the 7s and 8s were some of my favorites to skate in, oh and the 9s. But I can’t rock the Ishod’s since I lost faith in Nike releasing another pair of real skate shoes for us. Spending 240 on a pair of skate shoes is insane, but well worth my feet no hurting like I use to skate in P Rods! Do a reimagine version of some P Rods and watch them joints sell the crap out so fast. Wish they bring back some OG’s like they keep doing Jordan’s and stupid 🐼 dunks! Show the skaters some love cause we all miss having a pair of P Rods on our feet’s and in our fleets!

@@ogchocolate93 it was futuristic and that mesh toe cap worked with grip and it kept shape and durability. i had the black,red and white colour and then i had a black pair with green and shite speckles and the black and red white pair that first came out sold so damn quick that colour fucking blew up. everyone wanted the black and red ones. then they bought out full red and other colours. my friend whos a hippy and loves smoking weed and surfing like and long hair he had a pair and he didnt even skate lol. and i maybe wrong but when the shoe first came out they called it ZOOM TRE. the years later i see ZOOM TRE A.D so idk what nike are playing at. if stock x had pairs i would spending grands.
