From the 2021 science fiction film, Dune, Hans Zimmer creates the mysterious and tense atmosphere surrounding the planet of Arrakis and its culture through his exotic melodies and rich textures. This brass ensemble arrangement captures this mood in a rich chordal texture. Sensitivity is key in this piece, allowing minute fluctuations to lead the way in developing the uncertain beginning into the regal ending.
