True that! They are notorious for claiming false world records which is also unethical, and disrespectful towards the actual record holders.

It's an overhead press, you are allowed to use your whole body as long as your starting- and lock-out position is correct. Some athletes favor more of a strict-press technique, while others favor a push-press.
