Damn you just have to admire Paula Abdul. I've seen interviews where I thought she was kind of crazy but no one can deny the talent that she had and I still love to watch her dance to this day. Was she ever the best singer absolutely not but I'm telling you I love that forever your girl album and I played it a million times I had it on compact disc and if it was possible to wear out a compact disc that one would have been worn out.

Was she already injured when she performed this? Because she really seemed to make her moves really carefully n the way her dancers handled her very gently.
