Babylon Greco-Roman system is stressing the hell out of black people.

Stress is self inflicted. Think about it. The “thing” doesn’t stress us, we stress over “the thing”.

This video has blessed me so much. A lot of my healing comes from women whom I truly admire, opening up about their past and being transparent. I have loved Paula for years and today I see so much of myself in her…I have always been a “warrior” and over the last few years I have calmed down so much but it was because of how intentional I was about how I experienced fear in my nervous system, I learned to rest in my womb and how to coral all of my emotions and govern them, when I was all over the place. I studied how it felt in my body to be anxiety ridden and so now I intentionally slow myself down in these moments…my breathing, my movements, my responses. I have come a long way but the old energies still come up when so feel stressed…this made me feel so good about myself almost like I now have permission to start my KZbin channel while I’m still in progress. At first I felt like I was not refined enough but she shares her wisdom and she’s still evolving. ❤ I love love love this episode. This is what we are here for.

This highly intellectual, humanitarian, and treasure of a woman is speaking unfiltered spiritual truth! Unfortunately; I too struggle with forgiveness! I've had some bad-minded, dutty bloodclat do some evil and wicked things to me in the past, and I want nothing to do with them ever again! So; I ask God/Jah; to direct my steps and guide my paths on forgiveness, by keeping me away from them, and keeping them away from me, forever!

Remember everyone who has already forgiven: move on in your life from those who are still doing the wrongs even if it is uour Mother or Father. Or you will being holding yourself in a 'death pattern' of Being wronged - hurting - then having to forgive all over again. Create new life with new good people Creator brings into your life. Trust. Best thing we can do in our lives is be free and happy and trust Creator to brings us those who HONOR US.

Its true that many people find it difficult to forgive. But we have to forgive ourselves and each other and We put our energies into being better not on making union against our nature. If we have peace of mind and we are realising and doing our purposes then we are good One day we will die which will be a celebration amonst our ancestors. We forgive but we dont forget our purpose!

Cant forgive unless one apologizes first. You can let it go and not hate. Cant get on with the future until you deal with the past.

Why invite or let others others that mean you no good to take occupy... Most people are not worth occupying my time, space and being, they must leave by all my means necessary... To many people really are not worth the energy you waste on them mentally physically and spiritually... I can't change people but I can change my self. To meditate on others or self is the choice... Peace be still...

This is a difficult 1 for me , do me wrong and I will never forgive you, because I don't treat people in that kind of manner. It's not easy to address when there is no accountability. , I still have 2 on my list. 1 is the woman who gave birth to me, the other is my soon to be ex- husband. I will let Karma deal with those 2 treacherous tyrants Thanks for the reminder though, you touched a nerve.6

Would you want someone to not ever forgive you for a wrong you've done to them? Letting go is the most POWERFUL action we control. Carrying that kind of energy will manifest into dis-ease. No one is perfect. Peace and blessings. 🙏

@@the_shadow_healer Didn't this individual say "because I don't reat people in that kind of manner"? Everyone is flawed and makes errors, but some are down-right wicked and act consciously in cruel ways.

Black people need to change the way they have been taught about forgiveness, forgiveness first starts by the wrong doer admitting what they have done was wrong and pleads for forgiveness from the victim then it's up to you to forgive, not the other way round.

With all due respect, I think forgiveness is the wrong word. Instead we can just say stuff happens and let it go. To forgive really means to accept an apology. How can you accept an apology if one has not been offered? I think this forgiveness idea was put into the atmosphere by the colonizers, primarily through Christianity. It's time for Black people to fight back against all forms of evil, not time to forgive!

I understand with you and agree with you, but at the end of the day, the human body doesn’t recognize you versus the colonizer. Disease doesn’t discriminate in SOME instances. LET IT GO!!! Spoken from experience!
