I've been in this space for about 5 years and have tried 20-30 chains, easily. I've been around to hear about all the new tech from new chains and for the most part, the differences were minimal and i think on some level, we start to tune out the hype because it's usually just that: hype. I gave Sui a try on testnet and haven't left them since. It's just built different. You'll notice it the first time you send yourself tokens from a CEX and the coins are in your wallet in less than a second of sending them. Dynamic NFTs (dNFT) allow for NFTs on Sui to evolve. This means in a racing game, you can buy a car as an NFT and buy all the parts that go with it separately, then merge those parts onto the car NFT. You can play that car in the game. Then you can then sell the car as a whole or part it out and sell all the NFTs individually when you're done with it. Imagine the market this opens up on games like WoW for rare and unique items... Overall, Sui is unique. I'm not getting paid to shill. I'm just a user. I'm not saying to invest in Sui, but I will say that this is one time when you should spend $5 and see if you think it makes sense to you. Regardless, best of luck to all.

Think about it like this: Validators charge a fee to process transactions. Stakers get paid a fee from the validator to secure the chain. There is no burn mechanism in Sui, but Sui is capable of 100s of thousands of transactions a second. If you are staking and you get fractions of a coin/second, how long do you think that takes to add up? Sometimes value accrues in quantity. Eth can't accrue value this way because it can't process the volume, so value accrual is in token value, not token quantity.

Solana has had issues with crashes and failed transactions. Sui has unlock problems… It’s tough to really justify putting large amounts of Money onto either chain until more unlocks and proof that all transactions will go through and no crashing. But you should have some of both.

SEI has a similar supply tokenomics to SUI and yet it also claims to be the fastest. By the way if SEI reaches SUI’s Market cap the it can also reach its current price. So, swing trade wise I put my money on SEI for better upside.

Getting away from computational farms is essential in the widespread deployment of crypto for common debit/credit like purchases of candy, gaming and soda, bitcoin doesnt favor that kind of fast numerous transaction but XRP does. We'll see if other coins follow their example.

Sol put out a cheap phone... in a market that is saturated with phones that already work perfectly. Now, they're doubling down and putting out another cheaper phone. It doesn't even make sense. Their gaming system looks like a $30 hack Gameboy and when does that come out? How long has Solana been at market? Because Sui is a year old and is delivering on the regular. Not just in gaming, but expansively throughout the ecosystem.
