Highly recommend insulating the fish room. Will save you tons on AC/Heat bills over the life span of the building + you could paint the walls how ever you wanted and make things look much cleaner and less like a giant shed

Paul just a quick note 1 way to help the roots of the grass take hold quickly is use a garden fork and loosen up the dirt that will be underneath the grass before u lay it down
