This is the best video for cats! I just took in a 12 week old feral kitten to socialize. I spend quality time playting with him for 1/2 hour -- 2 times a day. Ran out of ideas to entertain this kitten...then I found this video. and I played it from my cellphone while he sat on my lap, so he can see the outside world again. His reaction was awesome, ears perked up, eyes very attentive to the birds and squirrel and his paws on the screen trying to catch the birds! Watching for 5 mins, as a treat once a day, is enough, though...don't want his eyes to get dried out staring at the screen.

Greatest kitty video out there! Kept our stray white kitty (6 mos. old), very entertained! But he is smart: he tried to catch the birds every way possible, including hugging the laptop screen with one pawn in front and one behind! Pretty smart... But gave up after about 3 min. He realized they were not real and went on to play with my yarn and other things lying around. ♥ He is stray, but I let him in a couple of times a day/night. He always wants to go out to play with his other friends and sleep in his shelter.

Thank all of you who take the effort for putting these lovely, relaxing birdsong videos online. They are so soothing! For an insomniac, a dream come true - no pun even intended. To try falling asleep after watching news or bang-shoot-beat-'em up movies, is not too productive, or that's what you'll dream about. Relaxation...wonderful! We could all use a little of this. Best wishes and thanks again! (Works for pets, too, apparently: my cat snoozes peacefully when he sees it).

my kitty is getting on in years, she's about 15 or 16 years old. I put my phone down near her, played the video, and she watched it intently! she hardly looked away, and she kept tapping the screen. a few times she even exited out of the video, haha!

My kitten absolutely loves this. Im showing it on an iPad and its quite special to share with him. There is an app where a fish wins around which is quite awesome too, he has become fascinated with our iPads. Oh it was so cute after he watched this he went to the window to watch the real birds but it was dark out:( So he for sure put two n two together what it is...
