Thank you very much for your interpretation of this great hymn. In Swedish, the lyrics deserve to be sung meditatively. Hymn no. 191 in the Swedish hymn book, evening hymn. The text speaks of the church faithfully keeping watch while we sleep. And the last verse emphasizes that all the peoples of the earth are one holy human race. We need to faithfully hold on to this especially in this troubled time. Many thanks again for your always inspiring performance. Greetings from Sweden!

Thank you so much, Charles! The Prelude is completely String- and Principal based, the first verse aswell, with the addition of some flutes 😀 The second verse uses the wonderful Trompette Harmonique (Trem.) as a Solo. Third one is Principal based in the melody, left hand, and with a Vox celeste with Gamba + 16‘ coupler in the right hand 😀
