As a gay man who used to work in the fashion business, I am in awe of how ignored she is. One of the major models ever existed, a woman of integrity, beauty, common sense and wise beyond measure. We need more women like her, especially us men. She teaches everyone to be open, vulnerable, smart, resilient and strong. A true beauty inside and out. It would be a dream to see her in an interview with Camille Paglia!

She's hardly ignored. Just because she feels that way doesn't make it so. I remember seeing her in the 80's. Pretty. Just one more skinny, perfect woman that I'd never be like. Now, I think she's worth watching.

I am very grateful for a person like Paulina Porizkova - a former super model - who is brave enough to age naturally (instead of using botox). She is a role model for all women (including myself/56) who refuse (or don't have money/access) to fillers or plastic surgery. THANK YOU PAULINA

Would you like her as much if she did not have an attractive face? Its so interesting to me, how a person will be in awe and say things like this, but really its all about her looks. What if her face was different and just very plain...And I have my opinions too, of course I think she's pretty but my favorite was Stephanie Seymour..

There have been reunions of the best models from the the 80's and 90s, including but no limiting to, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford (my favorite), Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer, and Christy Turlington. How come Paulina hasn't been in any? Because they have been for SUPER MODELS only.

I don't understand the negative comments. Paulina shared her experience openly, without holding back. Can you not just respect that and let it go? Don't be so judgemental of a life you have never lived. She wasn't asking for any special treatment. Paulina was merely wearing her heart in her sleeve. Instead of expressing distaste for it maybe we should try to learn from it and be more respectful of the challenges of the opposite sex.

She ain't happy, if she was she wouldn't be on national television complaining about the will. Pauline is doing what all women do when they receive zero dollars in a will, complain to everyone. More men lose in divorce court than women, no one says shit about that. Women congratulate each other when they get a win in court, tell each other you deserved it all girl, you go girl, get all his money.... If her ex didn’t name her in the will, then there was a reason for that. You women stick up for each other with out knowing shit about the relation ship. For all you know Pauline could be the biggest bitch on the planet. But according to you she is a wonderful, powerful women.. You don't know her, but her ex did know her and he decided that she doesn’t deserve any of his wealth. If the shoe was on the other foot and Pauline died and left zero to her ex, you women would be saying, well he must have done something bad to her, so there for he deserve nothing and Pauline is so powerful she can do what she wants with her money..

She was serious about suicide. To me, when the interviewer asked if she planned it, Paulina rephrased, but what she said was even closer than planning. I feel empathy for her even though she leads an entirely more public and successful life, at least to how society in general looks at success. I have still yet to see a single one of Paulina poriskova's interviews that are not cringe worthy. She omplains, crtiticizes, compares, judgemental, and throws some sarcastic humor into the mix. Hopefully she can finally write a book, and stop giving these pointless interviews. I can't believe a retro supermodel can be so UNGRATERUL. speaking your truth does not mean you have to talk the way she does. As a refufee and a model myself, I am disgusted. she was given a job as a model not a political reformist.

There's more going on to this story than meets the eye: When Ric divorced her on the grounds of "abandonment" it looks as if he meant it in the wider sense that she was going to spend most of his wealth on herself and leave the rest to her 2 children - and "abandon" Ric's other 4 children. Ric treated his previous wife Suzanne in the same cold way as he treated Paulina. Ric was consistent in the way he treated people, which should have served as a warning.

It's a bit unfair when she says people don't connect with her because she's beautiful and rich. The truth is sometimes beautiful people just seem distant and a bit cold. Maybe it's just in our minds, but that's how it feels, and often it really is the case - we just notice it more because they attract attention.

She gladly took what the world offered a tremendously beautiful young woman, and now that she's not that anymore, she's upset that she isn't still being treated like the most beautiful woman in the world. It's rough, for beautiful people when they crash, and have to deal with what everyone else does. She enjoyed the great life; now, she's stuck with a normal life, and she's not happy with that.
