That cheeky, mischievous look at 3:18 gets me every time. Also it's a bit weird looking back at the comments about it not being given airtime on radio stations. I mean that doesn't surprise me as radio stations would, in general, rather play it safe and play the same hit song 5 times in a day than give a chance to something lesser known, with less buzz about it but it got plenty of airplay on Power FM from Batemans Bay to Bega. I even tweeted this to Paulini at the time and she was all 'Yay for Power FM' which made me laugh.

Are you saying she should have stuck to girl bands? Because I'd wager the only reason this Young Diva's thing worked out for all of them, was common ground due to being ex-Idol contestants. Whatever you make of her choices as a solo artist, she was unlikely to capture that same lightning in a different bottle with completely different other women. So solo was the only way to go for her really.

Hmm, interesting. I came here via Lonnie Gordon. This girl has a fabulous body. The track is catchy but not especially memorable (remember the Old Grey Whistle Test). The voice is impossible to discern, because it's been autotuned to death, which is (depressingly) de rigeur these days. Eventually these fucking producers will stop using these vocal processors, except for the reason that they were originally intended. Until then, we can't tell shit from sherlock because they all sound the same.
