Hang on tight to the Lord Jesus alone Pau. I am also praying for you! My son also had depression in his teenage years. I prayed hard for him everyday, stayed with him, and gave him all the love and attention he needed. Now he’s back to serving God and is stronger! God truly loves you na walang kulang. Read the bible and pray every morning and evening. You need a bible believing church and find a pastor who can bible study and also pray for you. You need to surround yourself with warm and loving people like the true children of God. Someday the Lord will give you a soulmate who will always love you. I will also pray for your love life. Be very careful. Choose a simple, loving, Godly, family oriented, and a serving woman. And I think that woman is already closer to you! God bless you always!

Hindi nyo ba narinig, nag msg daw ang friend nya na “Pau hindi ko na kaya”. Pero hindi nya matulungan kasi he was working. The next day his friend died. He felt guilty kasi namatay ang friend nya na hindi nya natulungan. He carried the burden and he got depressed. Dami dami daw tao asking for help, hindi nya alam pano tulungan. He got depressed… so it happened. Luckily meeon sya 2 friends na tunulungan sya and he survived. Kaya sya umiiyak. Kaya pala ganun nya protektahan si Kim kay XL. Ayaw nya mangyari kay Kim nangyari sa kanya. Depression and mental health. Nobody is perfect. Only Mr. Right.

Di biro ang depression. Tanging gamot lang nyan ay una kausapin mo si God. Surrender all your worries to Him. Humingi ka ng guidance at protection kasi yung evil hihilahin ka nyan sa dark side thru temptations. Tapos, surround yourself with people na may positive outlook sa buhay. Iwasan mo mga toxic/nega na mga tao/sitwasyon kasi yun ang mag titrigger sayo na makaramdam ng galit at lungkot. Yun din ang maguudyok sayo na gumawa ng isang bagay na ikakapahamak mo. Protect your mind, heart and soul all the time by staying away from these kind of people. Tapos mag exercise at diet. Need maging healthy parati. Big help din yun kasi matututo kang mas mahalin at pahalagahan ang sarili mo.
