I absolutely love this vid purely for the reason that it is very down to earth for me cuz it’s realistic that he didn’t clear all the jumps and he chickened out, not like phill where he sends backflips on everything he sees. :)

Couldn’t agree more about Les Gets; a bit dull and full of braking bumps. There are a couple of cracking trails though; Gulley Run (at least before it was sanctioned) and the Tennis Courts run from Pleney to the bottom of Les Gets although of course, I would never ride that as it’s not a bike trail 😜

Paul, nice vids but don't be so hard on yourself. It detracts from the fun you should be having. Most of us don't watch KZbinrs because they are the best. I saw the EWS 100 vids and even Jordan didn't really place well and yet we are still happy to watch. Do what you do best. Come up with more creative ways to share the MTB experience. Continue to build a community that includes your audience and you will be able to pay your bill's with your bike for many years.

Thumbs up as always but sadly, I must agree with the comment @6:22, considering you blasted 4:45 & 10:46. 6:22 was a wide gap (wish you would have filmed from the side and had someone stand in there for scale) but it was a very rounded step up. All you had to do was not nose dive and you could have safely cased the crap out of it. All said, another top job!

Why do you case every single jump
@heinzbecker6915 жыл бұрын
your mistake is always concentrating on the edge or the ramp of the jump, just think about the landing! this step up is realy easy, what coud go wrong? just think about the distance you have to overcome and the speed you caring. its more than enough momentum. drops are even more simple, just think about the landing, most of the times you never have to jump far, just a bike length or so. i mean ita not the hardline roadgap okay😉. when you finally got this mindset, you will jump much more jumps and clear them. you will also see that clearing the jumps feels so much saver than jumping on top of them.
