Excellent info, those first 2 stretches are really helpful, talk about a burn! I learned similar ones years ago and having that back support really helps.

Hey Paul, I can hold a handstand for 50 seconds, but I can't seem to maintain a straight position. There's always a bit of a banana shape. How can I fix this?

I think improving your shoulder flexibility may help, and squeeze your core when handstand.
