Hey Denise. Thanks for reaching out. As of my appointment last monday, and the follow up email I received from their team, Eastswood has not released any pricing yet. They plan to start selling the single family homes in October.

Hey Denise. Looks like they put on their website "starting in the 400's." I just traded emails with the onsite for another customer and it looks like release date for homesites has moved to the Nov/Dec timeframe. Hope you are having a good one.
