​​​​@@HorrorNChill23Tyler Perry had this episode banned from being aired on tv after the original broadcast but supposedly the creator Aaron had a falling out with the producer Carl Jones over creative differences etc and Sony putting unrealistic expectations wanting to rush episodes that would result in compromising the quality....so supposedly he gave Sony the rights to boondocks and left after season 3...Aaron had no involvement in the 4th season and it showed because it was the worst by far

@@Jason5818UI him and Carl Jones are still friends. Creative differences also played a part with Adult Swim and Turner because they were renegotiating with Tyler Perry to produce his shows on TBS. Tyler put the nail in the coffin to take down the episode from ever showing on TV again so that’s why you can only watch it on MAX streaming services or DVD collection. Season 4 wasn’t that bad but most people didn’t like it due to Aaron no longer being there and his influence was dearly missed on the show.

@@Jason5818UI McGruder didn't give them the rights to Boondocks due to the falling out. The studio already had the rights since they funded and produced the show. Otherwise he would've just walked away and taken the show with him and done it his own way. McGruder still owns the Boondocks comic strip, though.

When BET picked up The Boondocks from Adult Swim, This episode and the BET one were never aired. The only way to see them was to own the box and uncensored DVD collection. I believe that it only aired on Adult Swim twice before Tyler Perry's lawyers had it removed.

I heard a while after the episode came out Carl Jones the artist from the boondocks ran into Michael Jai White, who was working on a Tyler Perry project at the time invited him to his set, then afterwards called/texted him back like on 2nd thought it probably wouldn't be a good idea if you came by the set.

Well, Allona, as ridiculous as this episode was for some of the things mentioned, I find it very amusing. The one thing I cannot agree is to renounce Ice Cube and his works since one of the films that he starred with Kevin Hart was produced on a beach and parts of my hometown in South Florida.
