I also do these paused bench presses feet up, but still i dont get the chest activation i want, do you have any tips?

Increase volume and try bit wider grip. 5-8 sets and 12-15 reps per set. And if you wanna built muscle do these sets with dumbbels. And also legs up. That’s burn like hell 🥵🔥 your chest. With dumbbels legs up 15-20 reps and 4-5 sets.

if you want chest activation, put your feet down. This exercise is for show and nothing else.

@ I didn’t try to activate my chest. I just like to do military bench also. And maybe I’ll compete at military bench press 1 rep max competition next spring. In Finland these military style competitions are quite popular. I compete in raw push&pull category.
