Let's make pav bhaji
Preparation time 30 minutes
Cooking time 30-35 minutes
Ingredients for bhaji
2 capsicum
2 potatoes
3 tomatoes
1 bowl cauliflower
1 bowl onion or 2 onion
1 bowl green peas
1 lemon
Butter
Oil
Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon Haldi
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
2 tblspn Pav bhaji masala
Cook capsicum, potatoes, cauliflower green peas and carrot in pressure cooker for 15 minutes
Add oil and butter in pan
Then add some chopped onion.saute it well
After that add some capsicum and tomatoes saute both.
Add ginger garlic paste..saute it well..
Add spices and boiled vegetables and mash everything well .
Then add salt and water and let it boil for 10 minutes
Add some coriander and butter in bhaji
Our bhaji is ready
After that roast pav in butter
And serve pav bhaji with some onion and lemon..
