I rage at my coworkers when they're incompetent or lazy so I fear that if I played hockey, this would be me, but with my own teammates. I had a beer league teammate years ago who got so frustrated at a guy that he just straight up asked the ref in the middle of a game if roughing his own teammates was a penalty. The ref's response was "I don't care what you do to your teammates, but I'm gonna call it if you take a penalty against your opponents." So there you go?

As soon as the puck drops, just slide your stick and smack the blade of your stick across the front of their skate. It dropped them every single time I tried it (maybe 3 times in 10 years).
