I've havent catch up with tournaments but its amazing how the players are evolving, Skeldra played extremely smoothly, and yes everyone wanted to see pavelski wins, but his a content creator now, he has done enough and now letting new underdogs to change the game of the future, Skeldra, I got my eyes on you. I hope you place higher on all tournaments moving forward !!

Idk who needs to hear this but Pavelski isn’t at the level for intense pro gameplay. I doubt he’s even top 10 in his region anymore. He’s still our favorite player but it’s reality.

The little kid fanboys would still hate anyone who wins Pavel. Pavel plays so much experimental that he forgets how good pro players are and starts going for insanely risky options. Ggs to both players but it just seems Skeldra has better neutral at large and the reads as well. Pav even started to panick and it went downhill from there.

@@bigyetee2592 Yeah Pav stopped trying to improve and enter as many tourneys as it was ruining the game for him. That's why he doesn't enter BCXs anymore as he won't do very well so there's no point. I think he does have a very good idea of where he stands, it's just he doesn't take it 100% seriously

When Sandstorm won using battleboots, he got roasted, yes boots was annoying af but even Sandstorm didn't win so obviously it was 'counterable'. As for where he stands, I agree with your observations. His content creation side is doing so well that in my eyes, it doesn't really make much sense for him to drain his mental to place very high. He averages 80k-120k per video and that's really good, also making good cash from YT. The fanboys can't just accept that he'd not be placing high without thorough practice like other players and there's nothing wrong with that decision but credit has to go to a good and capable opponent, in this case, Skeldra.

Skeldras grounded play on greats sword(gs) is just better than pavelskis outright, but when it came to aerial gs pavelskis was slightly better. Pavelskis shouldn't have switched it so late aswell, when he lost the first time he should've changed, cause it disrupted his flow.

Also, Skeldra used greatsword so even if GS is "bad" in your words, they played on equal grounds and Skeldra proved to be better, in the gs mirror match at least, even against his Mordex as well, he swapped legends and still lost.
