Bus stop hai Naigaon station se ek bus jo Tivri ko bus jaati hai wo le lo. Wo aapko sunteck railway crossing ke yaha drop kardege but waha se bhi bahut andar chalna hoga.

Navkar is good. You can check in global arena. Tanker water supply is there almost in every society very few have got the OC and VVMC water connection like ornet galaxy. Better personally visit the site and decide.

You cant use this water for Drinking purpose but if you install RO the quality might be much better. But one should not take risk with health.

Sunteck is premium and I booked flat yesterday price is high but amenities are good and I beleive in next 5 years Sunteck will give around 30 to 40 percentage price appreciate.

Sunteck is better if you are looking for good facilities. If cost wise then Global is ok. Otherwise both the properties area sq ft is small.

Also I didn't know about flyover bridge being constructed on railway crossing near Pavitradham.. when do you think it will be completed ? Thanks for informing about it 🙂 I think these 3 bridges, vvmc water, construction of pakka road to Pavitradham should drive Pavitradham value appreciation upwards... Right ? This price are not quote by me this are the agent who are quoting the price so I am just making people aware about this and to go personal and check before buying so avoid getting trapped by agent. That's all my intention is. Plus the actual location and the distance from station. No agent will tell you how far inside it is and how are the road conditions.
