I bought a doll from Ebay. The next days i started to get intrested in cooking and baking, doing pullovers and so on. I felt so blessed and so inspirated. The problem with signs, how would you know which loved one is visiting? Pavlina mentioned pennies. I never thought about it before but I find pennies all the time. Recently I found one at the end of my driveway, super strange place for a penny to turn up in my rural neighborhood. That one did strike me as odd but never thought it could be a sign. I would attribute pennies to my paternal grandmother because when I was born, she said, "she looks like a brand new shiny penny". A nickname that stuck with me for life. I would attribute hummingbirds to my stepmom because she adored them. She didn't smile often but hummingbirds made her happy.

The why the Spirits choose you is easy. The people who have the ability are very sensitive to energy and open to the communication with Spirits. They have never been indoctrinated or brainwashed to feel that it is wrong. They also had someone reassure them that the gift is okay and given to help others, someone in their lives encourage them. It is the idea of connecting with the dead that people find taboo. But if like myself , you feel the spirit does not die, then you are not communicating with the dead . I think it is most likely the case that women seek him more often. Women feel, display and find more acceptance in showing more emotions than men. I lost a friend.
