No my friend you are not the only one I also noticed how clean the city is and I was thinking about the city's here in the United States specially where Hispanics my people my race, reside most of those cities are not clean at all for example San Francisco California has become a filthy and extremely dirty and undesirable City to visit and not only for the Hispanics there but there's another races who they do not love to be CLEAN... I also can mention Los Angeles Chicago New York oh my God Pennsylvania you can never compare Ukraine or Poltava or other towns in Ukraine that look extremely beautiful and clean sadly here in America many of our towns are all the opposite paper all over, Trash , people littering all over that's disgusting and sad

I could easily say Poltava is my favorite city in Ukraine, but I have only been to Kyiv and Poltava. I liked that it is relatively easy to walk to most places. I was there in July and there are flowers everywhere with lots of bright colors. When I was there in 2008 there were older women out early in the morning sweeping and cleaning near their homes which is the secret of how everything looks so nice. I was at the rotunda and there were several wedding parties taking pictures in the daytime, but it’s also pretty nice to walk there in the evening. I was happy to see that it looks relatively untouched by the war so far aside from the sirens and I hope it stays that way. I didn’t see the watchtower when I was there but I did sit in the spoon for pictures

I really enjoyed your video about Poltava (city) I have a friend who is livng here on the u4u program but her parents live there in Poltava very close to the river but on the outside of town. Also, I recently learned that Lubas name literally means "Love". I thought this was pretty cool! 😊 Please give Jack a pat on the head for me and tell him "Good Boy". Stay Safe my Friends! As a child, my grandmother gave me a wonderful soup that I enjoyed eating. She had a farm so I assumed it was a special type of chicken soup. A few years later I saw her slaughter two pigeons from the dovecote, which ended up in said soup... I never ate them again! Today no one eats pigeons in Austria anymore... they are now nicknamed flying rats!

Oh my goodness! Poltava is such a different wonderful city now 😍 compared to how I remember it from 25-27 years ago, as a kid and teenager! 😀 I’ve been to Poltava many times in transit each summer out of 10 that I spent in Myrgorod. To be honest I wasn’t impressed by Poltava back then and I am now sincerely amazed how much it has changed for better! 💛💙

Thank you for the tour, I am sure that "Stone Dumplings" are not tasty. We are waiting for Luba to make her version of her dumplings and what filling she will add. By the way, there are some places in the US where you can eat pigeons. I hear that they are high-end restaurants and the pigeons are raised for eating, not the ones on the street. I would not want to eat the ones walking around the streets of Atlanta...

I also liked those passage undergrounds in Kryvyy Rih, Dnipro. Maybe a bit old school. (Soviet style Ukraine & rusty) But also really big. (okay the roads suck quite a bit) But: also quite adventurous driving on those countryside highways beneath huge corn fields. And: it reminded me on my grandmother from Hungary. That familiar Communist vibe. (not that Communism was something good. But you travel back to the 80ies/ back to your own childhood when you go to Ukraine) 😄 🤝 🇨🇭 PS: The punching ball is Vladimir‘s face. 😳 🥊 🤝 To the undisputed heavy weight champion of tha world: Oleksander Uussyk 😁
