His video shows $9.99 but after you load he wants $29.99 ...........PLUS... His link " www.muganimator.com " gets you to the download all right (which is a 153 + MB's zip file) but, the first time you run it it informs you that there is a updated version available with built in templates.. UGG...which is ANOTHER 151 + MB's zip file you will have to download, unzip and install.. So you will waste your time and memory getting the current version.
