I really like this, while having a then-modern production you can clearly hear that the rhythms and melodies draw as much upon traditional Thai music as upon UK/US pop music if not more so. One thing I find fascinating about this channel is learning how pop musicians in countries with very different cultures have gotten so different results out of adapting the newest sounds from the UK and US to their own local contexts.

This sounds enough like music from elsewhere in the mid-80s (Russia, India, even Germany). Nothing especially American or English-sounding about this at all
