It's certainly not a coincidence that the expert almost always gives a value close to but under the asking price (unless the seller is way off because they don't know what they have). It's like clockwork - ask for 1000? 750 value. 5000? 3500. If this were actually real, you would have to be a fool to name a price before they call someone.
