LOL has an awesome cannon which can basically only increase in value with time and sits in a storage unit, sells it for a quick buck to....put in a bank storage unit where it loses value over time.... I'd have kept the cannon, if you don't need the cash in the moment why sell it? It's not even THAT big to justify selling it, it's big but not giant.

He was quick to sell, so I'm thinking he may have purchased a storage unit and the cannon was in there? That could explain why he put out $25K when the value was between $35-40K. Or he just wanted to get it out of his unit. Either way a win for him and for the pawn shop :)

Yeah..it was great Rick didn't try to haggle him down. They know what it is worth and the seller was happy. He probably could have got another two or three grand, but it was obvious he wasn't greedy and wanted the artifact to have a good home where it could be appreciated and shared for its historical value.
