@stgeorge58625 жыл бұрын
@@TatsByTaco Those are replica souvenirs at the museum gift shop, I have also been. They are just plates they put white star line to replicate how they'd look. A real plate from the titanic wreck is about 1,000+. One is 638 right now still bidding on ebay The deep sea expeditions take hours and cost so much it'd make no money to sell anything from it at 30 bucks. And artifacts from the titanic are getting rarer and rarer as they are deteriorating.

That 1922 matte finish proof Peace dollar shows on Heritage Auctions' website. It went for 100K. They got it reslabbed with a custom label that had the pawn shop "1" logo on it. PCGS's website shows past auction sales of those coins and that particular one is beautiful compared to most of them. Great majority of them are blackened over time and not that attractive. Even if the poker story were to have been complete BS, it would still be amazing enough for that coin to be available to show in any respect.

We all accept that reality shows are scripted. For some reason we completely ignore that when it comes to pawn stars and their price negotiations. These are collectors bringing in pieces of their collections to the shop, whether or not they are sold and for how much isa a moot point. The meme of pawn stars lowballing people is completely asinine.
