The best thing you can say as a seller to someone who says that is "well that's not my problem" Or "well how else would you sell it?" When you go to a restaurant and order a burger they don't sit there and explain the process of what they need to have and do to make your burger and expecting you to care or give them sympathy in order to accept their prices or a a longer than normal wait. You process inventory, you put it on the shelf, then the display room and try to sell it. That is how any business works.
