Well done. A tag sale is where you get rid of items cheaply and without regret. What a lot of viewers don't realize is that the tag sale owners are unwilling or unable to post items online. So an offer to take everything for a set price is very attractive to them. You make go away forever and will never be back saying a tool did not work.

I feel the same way as y'all. Over $2K worth of tools & they wouldn't even give his asking price. And walking away to get your truck while the man was talking to you is rude as hell. I agree 100% this is why pawn shops have a bad name. I have been buying and resealing for 20 years. And if I know a deal is good I will pay a fair price. And more often then not they will call back when more stuff pops up. This just made me feel bad. Taking advantage of people sucks .

Watching this video, the whole deal looks and smells very fishy. Kind of reminds me when I was serving in the military, and I had a brother that's a year older than me get into my tools I was keeping in my sister's house basement. The way my sisters found out about it was when they visited my older brother's home, they seen a pawn ticket on his dresser and read the information. They discovered he had pawned nearly all of my hand and power tools when he visited their home and was stealing the tools when they weren't looking. My sister paid the pawn shop nearly $600 to get some of my tools back, for the other tools it was too late! The tools that were sold in this video were either stolen or the man didn't know what he had or what value they were worth!!!
@lovemefeedme9392 жыл бұрын
Could just be his. I've met many men in my life who have garages overflowing to the point I'd consider it hoarding.
@jeandubois8810 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, you are probably right, it is fishy. These are rigger tools used in heavy industry applications, they have nothing to do in a suburban home or regular dude garage. Also, the fact that nothing seems to match would indicate to me that it was stolen bit by bit over a long period. My grandpa used to work in various factories and I found lots of excellent tools in his basement....my grandma told me they were given to him by his bosses....yeah... well... more likely stolen.
@tyarnold4088 Жыл бұрын
