I love Randy Couture! He’s the reason I’m my early 20s I lost a lot of weight! Seeing him wrestle and dominate the UFC till he met chuck convinced me to go back to grappling! Out of high school I let my self go and got real obese! Randy promoting the “tower 200” made me buy it and it helped me loose weight and build muscle before even going to the gym! I lost like 40lbs, but I was decorated to working out! I tried BJJ and it bright me to try Muay Thai which I fell in love and did it for 8 years after that! And to see him now helping veterans, like he really is one of my Hero’s just as Shawn Green was one of my childhood heroes!
