The strongbox or AUTHENTIC treasure chest at the very end of the clip is COOL as ICE!! If it were mine, I think I wouldn't have sold it, especially when you take into account the fact that they said that they are so RARE. I would have KEPT it!! AaaRRHH Matey!!

Sea Chest / Dowry Chest, dude somewhat gets the better of Rick, but hey, he got to leave with a big smile. Reminds me of haggling with beach vendors in Jamaica. The guy knew I was supposed to bring home a carved wooden turtle, we ended up taking turns sticking our necks forward and 'smiling like happy turtles'.

@@Rerpesentz assuming you can rent it out consistently at $1k/weekend, it’d take 2 years to to make 104k, and that’s assuming 0 operating costs like oil changes, gas, etc. Rent for more, you won’t get consistent rentals. Also, they’re a pawn shop, not a party rental supply house

Fun fact, at 14:45 I have actually seen that exact float at a Good Guy's car show in Texas back in March. This float was brought in along with a second even bigger pirate ship float and I got a bunch of pictures of both. My dad and I like to go to Good Guy's shows since we love cars and he brings his own '69 Camaro. Actually the 2 floats were a few cars ahead of ours getting into the lot and we had a wait quite a while for them to get in.

For the last chest, the expert said, at an auction $7000-$12000 is conservative price I can't believe he let it go for $4000. I wouldn't even let it go for $12000. That thing is far too awesome..

Probably more or less? I don’t see any records for these kinds of float sold more than that. Some average sells for 15k to 20k but it’s no where near that amount you mentioned. Especially it’s a float, not a 2019 Ferrari

@@agharehan6328 They go for around $1.500-2.500 at auction. They're not extremely rare. But then if there's something unique about it it can raise the price. But antique seller often set way higher prices on them. It's called an Armada Chest.
