Pawn shops are good for four purposes: selling your items, getting your items appraised, buying items or pawning the items. The shops have overhead and many other factors that are calculated into acquiring any item. So if you want to sell any items you need to understand that these pawn shops are trying to acquire those items with the least amount amount of risk or money up front. The pawn shops have to buy the items and store the items because of the theft Factor. They're trying their liquid assets and minimize risk /losses. Plus it could be months before an item is sold. the pawn shops are taking all the risk and they want to minimize that risk. That's why you see the pawn shops offering rock bottom prices.

Inflation on the dollar bill from 1960 to today is 8.78:1, making their $11 dollar daily food allowance equivalent to $96.58 in today's money. I don't think they had it so bad.

I know the people selling wanna make money. But a lot of the stuff they bring in really should be on display in a museum where they can take care of the items and they can be preserved for many more years than they probably will.

There's probably no worse waste of time than watching any kind of sport on TV. I've never been into sports and never going to be, but the feeling of being in the audience is pure bliss. Order a drink and it will be refilled for free by cheering for the opposing team.

I know how Rick feels about his chargers. I can relate to such a thing my team hasn’t won yet either. But that’s a story for another day. Bottom line is the only way your team won’t ever have a championship is if they don’t exist. Every team has a chance they just have to make it happen period.
