Really great idea enjoyed watching.. One question, since it's so thin, what's your recommendation on hangers? Thanks!

I’m using double stick tape. Thanks for watching

I think it looks great! I just am starting out with my table top CNC. I wish there was a way to get the toolpath for this sign. Please let me know what you would charge me for it.

Looks great!! Is the VCarve pro that easy to use? Looks a lot easier than Easel.
@PawPawsWorkShop Жыл бұрын
VCarve has much more capabilities than does easel

How much does a CNC that you’re using cost like that or where would you even look it up defined that machine you’re using?
@rickycurry574 Жыл бұрын
That looks amazing. Is that a thin plywood you using?

Does Easel pro have an easy way to cut away the lines like you did with the scissors ?
@PawPawsWorkShop9 ай бұрын
You can do it in easel but it is a totally different process

Great video, I've been wanting to do something just like this for a wedding sign for my nephew. A couple questions... How thick was that plywood? Was it 1/4, 3/8 maybe? And what do you use for your cut depth per pass? Looks like a 1/4 in upcut bit?
@PawPawsWorkShop Жыл бұрын
This was a 5mm plywood. I used a straight bit because that’s what I had. A downcut bit would be much better

Hello paw paw and audience. Hello, I have the Fox Alien Mauster Pro, and I have a question for you guys, and that is what is the shallowest pocket cut that I can do? What I'm trying to say is what is the thinnest depth I can do on a cnc router (Example) 0.0001 for the cut depth. Please steer me in the right direction. Thanks!
@PawPawsWorkShop Жыл бұрын
You can cut a pocket extremely shallow. The real question is how accurate is you machine set up. Your wasteboard must be dead on or you will not get an even pocket. At 0.0001 you will not have much of a pocket. What are you trying to accomplish

Nice sign. You probably already know but I’ll mention that control-z will undo.

Thank you. Excellent point. I must say I’m bad about using the shortcuts

Papa couldn't u have welded it instead of using the scissors... Nice project.. Keep it up brother
@PawPawsWorkShop Жыл бұрын
I’ll try it. Usually when you weld you have to clip on only two vectors. I’ll do some experimenting

Still looks good...

Have you given up on Easel Pro?
@PawPawsWorkShop Жыл бұрын
No, I’m still using it. I think people were thinking the same thing about VCarve and the CNC4NEWBIE New carve
