@@godders7964 They use these dogs hoping they bark at least.. He called him a guard dog. Doesnt mean that he is. Just a dog they keep chained, to make him suffer. Dog probably wagged his tail because he got some needed attention or hoping he would be taken away in that godforsaken place. His fur must be all matted and causing skin lesions. Poor baby.

@@sabineneuhausen1334I think he tried but didn´t succeed. He could have as well edited the video and nobody who have known there were 2 other puppies missing, but he chose to show that you can´t win at everything. Sometimes you can´t save them all.
