@godders7964 They use these dogs hoping they bark at least.. He called him a guard dog. Doesnt mean that he is. Just a dog they keep chained, to make him suffer. Dog probably wagged his tail because he got some needed attention or hoping he would be taken away in that godforsaken place. His fur must be all matted and causing skin lesions. Poor baby.

I grew up with black lab dogs and their names were Heidi, Beth, Bear & Kate. All would work with that lil cutie! edit: the joy and love in that dog's eyes @ 14:44-45 would melt an iceberg!
