That's not fair. They took the time to call it in, and maybe they spotted but couldn't find them. Maybe they're kids and the parents won't let them. Vets and food cost money, so it can be a financial thing too. There's a million different reasons so I wouldn't blame the people who gave him the location.

Mnogo si je uplasio. Nosio si je za vrat za kosu.. Posle si je nosio u rukama do auta,nahranio. Dok si otisao po deku,ona se mnogo plasila,gledala gde si,nije nista shvatila sta se desava.. Molim ye pricaj drugi put celo vreme snjom,tesi je mazi je pricom..znaci da pas oseti na tvoj glas da si prijatelj .... Ona moze u onom stanju SOK da dobije. Nemoj molim te da si onako drzak,i grub. Ja kad sam ti videla lice dok si je nosio.mene si uplasio.tvoje lice tvoje ponasanje je bilo zastrasajuce.. Hvala opet za spasavanje. SRECNO❤
