By the time you get those spells as a solo player it will be years later. Also you can't kill groups of 2 or 3 mobs which is the most of the time

You use pacify spell for groups to pull solo, I will do some recording of it later tonight.

You totally can. Kill an Inquisitor Veritatis, which roams the open world to get you first healing spell, and go from there.

what kind of loot do the mobs drop? I've never done much PvE as solo

The spells work as intended. Why is that a problem?

Damage should break stuns, or shorten them each time you take damage or something. The stun is to long as well. At least it doesn't work like that in PVP

its broke you can do it solo... forget the mindless days of farming wood iron stone, before you can even attempt attacking the mobs that drop magic items... and the answer.. you need friends.

Its so much easier to literally bring 1 competent team mate and get your first spells this way. I recommend against soloing these fights as they generally come with adds and with no spells are much more difficult.

Yea so that is another story, you either have to cheese them and get them stuck on trees/rocks/walls etc. or have a friend, without spells some of the casters will just own you. I suggest you max out polearm skill to lvl 41 it takes like 5-6 spears. Then I suggest you find yourself some stamina food, go out and find two badgers or foxes or a mix, and what I did was put my cell phone on my mouse right click button to hold block down while the two mobs attacked me, every 10mins I would check the game to prevent afk. IMO Block is VERY good for pve. the higher your block the less stam drain u get on being hit. I have not been able to login today yet. getting error 100 today sadly. Once I get out of class tonight, I will try to get a video together of clearing POI without spells. Thanks for the comments and feedback guys!

Any tips to get to 23 leatherworking needed for the fireball ?

Find overspawned packs outside redline, or go to pvp zone and kill the large animal packs there, we do pvp zone, found a nice area that has 3 spawns of animals that you rotate from. We use rocks/trees to avoid being hit. You can climb into trees. Leather was annoying to farm.
