He clearly says at 1:06 that 'No, none of the current UK finances are sustainable'. Referring to long term expenditure at the current levels. His point was that in the long term this expenditure cannot be sustained, but has to be sustained in the short term until the private sector starts hiring more people. The interviewee had the relevant numbers regarding spending per capita above the national average for London and Wales. Which numbers did Paxman want?
