As a person who has worked in an Edtech company, whatever you said is absolutely true and this is what the reality is. I had to deal with many students whose cibil score was affected due to the loan process. I resigned from there as it was affecting my mental health hearing all the grievances of the students and not able to help them due to company policies. On top of that the mental torture we have to go through in companies like these are immense. Better not to join companies like this. People, please be mindful before joining courses like this. @@maxgamerfb i will suggest that if u r from tech then learn skills using free sources (YT) and search job by urself becoz in almabetter the classes goes like bullet after month then it completely waste of money and if u r from non tech then i strongly suggest that don’t get in this Field and if u want then don’t invest in any paid course there is very high competition nd companies prefer tech ppl frist so it’s up to u overall DON’T GET INTO THIS nd after 6 month of course almost 70 % students gave up so plz don’t get into this in our batch there are almost 100 students and everyone bought the course at 15k average so 15000*100=1500000/- they already in profit so they don’t care that how much ppl sign ISA(income shareing agreement)

I also was masai student. I learned webd from them. Learning phase was awasome. But after completing course they are stretching time saying you are failing in mock interviews, although my mock interviews went good, I was answaring all questions correctly. After some time I realized that they have no jobs so tried myself and got selected in 15 days applying from linkedin etc portals. They do not give any concession in fees, that was bad experience.

DETAILS; The course is for minimum 3-4 months, you are supposed to pay them around 12k and you have life time access to the course. Don’t go for PAP jo offer mila accept it and try krte rho for next opportunity. For me mera bhi 6LPA tha in LTI and with officer in hand I tried in other companies and got a 14LPA offer and I never joined LTI. There are few students who joined LTI and later within 5 months they switched with more than 10LPA

from my personal knowledge as a cse student learning this and still haven't got a job even after having certifications on full stack so i can tell you what the company actually looks for nowadays first of all learn full stack even if you like front end you need to learn both and you can have a better command on the front end (angela yu courses are good as i have also done it) since you have 3 year gap from 2020 it will be hard, so make very good projects that looks very tough and learn the latest of technologies like 3d websites and make a good portfolio then first start with freelancing to get experience even if you have do it for free in start after gaining confidence working on projects then you can start charging for it and also apply for the job (if your portfolio is very strong then the gap wont matter)
