Sir please show pay fixation when ad hoc promotion is followed by regular promotion a person with pay 58600 in level 6 is promoted on ad hoc to level 7 on 2/7/2021 he gets regular promotion on 21/2/22 how will his pay be fixed

In this case assume that you got regular promotion wef 2-7-21 (date of ad-hoc) promotion and fix the pay accordingly

@@bhuvanadoraisamy2193 fix your pay from Your DNI Suppose ur DNI is july Then u will get Rs.60400/-(L-7) wef 02-07-2021 till 30-06-2022 On 01-07-22 u will get 62200/- (L-7) and your new DNI will be 01-01-2023

Sir My basic was 42300 as on 11.03.2016 , on 11.03.2016 I got ad hoc promotion. I was fixed on 44900 from level 06 to 07 after giving notional increment. Further I got regular promotion on 04.02.2018, I opted next increment from next DNI. Since when Will I able to get opportunity for fixation? Please sir

Sir I joined service as Auditor in 2012 then promoted to Sr.Auditor on 2016. I was reverted to Auditor from Sr. Auditor in 2020 due to my transfer clause and another condition was there that for further promotion to sr Auditor no pay fixation will be admissible. But my MACP is pending in this year as I completed 10 yrs service. What would be my fixation on MACP?

@@chayanmukherjee6627 your pay will be fixed my giving one promotional increment if pay is fixed from date of promotion and by giving two increments (one annual and one promotional) if pay is fixed from DNI

Sir if possible pls upload MACP promotion and opted DNI but at the date of DNI official on leave, in this case Rule10 promotion clarification is wanting sir pls.

Suppose DNI of the official is 1st July. He opted to fix his pay from DNI but he was on leave on 1st July. Therefore, he will get his new pay on the date of joining after leave but his next increment will not fall due on 1st Jan as 6 months of service in the new pay and new pay level will not be completed by 1st Jan. thus his next increment in the new pay level will be on coming 1st July.
